Return & exchange

We want you to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the products within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions

• The items must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
• Please contact us in advance by e-mail so that we can coordinate the return shipment together.

Return costs

The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

Reimbursement

As soon as we have checked the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original means of payment used.

Defective or incorrect items

If a product is damaged or you have received the wrong product by mistake, we will of course cover the return costs and send you a replacement or refund the amount.
